July Fini, August Rising!

Here's hoping everyone will attend the July 26 Picnic in The Park sponsored by the BPA and PUD of Ferry County during a planned power outage from 11 am- 5 pm. Vendors- if you want to vend, call Jayne at 775-3325! There will be hot dogs, hamburgers and drinks provided, with fun events for the kids.

If you’ve always wanted to “shimmy like your sister Kate”, come learn about the various styles of bellydance in America- there really IS a style for everybody!!
Discover how modern forms developed from traditional raks beladi, how to recognize the different music that goes with each form and which costumes go with which dance style. Then, learn how you, too, can learn danse orientale!!
See video examples of the various dance forms, photographs of the various costume styles and hear music examples from the various styles.
Discover how bellydance is used today for health, fun and entertainment. After all, if you’re going to exercise, why not have fun doing it?!?
Optional: Bring water and brown bag snack. Refrigerator and microwave on premises.
Minimum 3 participants for class to run. Registration by August 20 REQUIRED.
